15.3.4 At the end of our internal complaint resolution procedure, we will issue our final response, which will include information on how to escalate your complaint to the dispute status with an alternative dispute resolution provider. This information is also included below.

15.4 Should you be dissatisfied with the results of our inquiry into your complaint, you may refer the resulting dispute that relates the outcome of a gambling transaction such as game results, betting results, account management, application of bonus offers or misleading terms and conditions, to be resolved through the alternative dispute resolution entity we have engaged for this purpose (the “ADR Entity”), through their dedicated website:

Please note that you must complete our internal complaints procedure (described in this section above) before submitting an ADR complaint, or your complaint will be rejected by the ADR Entity.

15.5 At your request, our Complaint & Dispute Resolution Procedure may be provided to you in a pdf format.

General rules of promotions

17.1 We may from time to time offer you bonuses, promotions and other incentives such as bonus money, bonus spins, bonus bets and similar (hereinafter — “Bonuses»). Some Bonuses may be offered to individual customers or groups of customers, at our sole discretion. Each Bonus offer is provided to you under both the Terms and Conditions and any such specific bonus rules and particularities as stated in each Bonus offer communicated to you. By activating a Bonus, you indicate your acceptance of these and any stated specific Bonus rules and particularities. In case of a discrepancy, the specific Bonus rules shall prevail over the Terms and Conditions.

17.2 All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per person, family, household address, telephone number, (shared) computer (e.g. public library or workplace) and (shared) IP.

17.3 You can have only one active Bonus at any given time (if you obtain a new Bonus, the original Bonus shall be forfeited by you).

17.4 You are not eligible for a Bonus if your account has a pending withdrawal request.

17.5 Deposit bonuses are not available for deposits via Skrill.

17.6 We reserve the right to exclude any customer from a particular bonus or from all our promotions.

17.7 Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is valid only on the date it was originally sent to you.

17.8 Most of our Bonuses require you to make a real-money deposit (hereinafter — “associated deposit”) before being granted. You must activate your Bonus after making the associated deposit, but before placing any bets, or you will lose your eligibility for the Bonus. To activate your Bonus, you should check the “My Bonuses” section of your account and accept the relevant Bonus. Some of our bonuses also require manual activation by our staff — if you can’t see or accept/activate your Bonus via “My Bonuses” section, you must contact our customer support to activate that Bonus after making the associated deposit, but before placing any bet, or you will lose your eligibility for the Bonus.

17.9 If a Bonus is canceled or forfeited by you in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, you will forfeit the Bonus amount and any winnings attained while the Bonus was active, all outstanding bets made using your bonus balance will be voided, and the bonus balance will be voided and removed from your account. Should you wish to cancel a Bonus, you can do so at any time by contacting our customer support.

17.10 Where we have reasons to believe that you have placed a wager or series of wagers (either alone or in conjunction with other customers) which result in a guaranteed profit from the bonus (irrespective of the bet outcome), we may reclaim the bonus, void the bet(s) and reclaim any corresponding winnings resulting from such bet(s).

17.11 Bonuses that are sent to specific eligible customers via email/sms, may state any prerequisite requirements including but not limited to: minimum deposit, minimum wager amount, maximum bonus, validity period etc. Only the intended recipient of a Bonus offer is eligible for that specific offer. If there is any doubt as to eligibility and terms for an offer, please contact our customer support.

17.12 All of our Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, stated as a multiplier applicable to the Bonus amount and/or associated deposit and/or all winnings obtained from the Bonus amount (for example, x10). This means that to meet the wagering requirement you must make the total amount of bets equal to the respective Bonus/deposit & bonus/win amount, multiplied by that multiplier. Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus rules, these will apply to casino section Bonuses:

  • Individual deposit Bonuses (those that are offered to individual customers via email/SMS/Live Chat and require a deposit before being activated), are subject to the wagering requirement of x30 for the Bonus amount and the associated deposit amount;
  • Onsite deposit Bonuses (those that are offered on our website and require a deposit before being activated) in the casino section are subject to the wagering requirement of x35 for the Bonus amount and the associated deposit amount;
  • Cashback is subject to 1x wagering requirement;
  • Winnings from bonus spins are subject to the wagering requirement of x40;
  • All no-deposit Bonuses (those that do not require a deposit before being activated) are subject to the wagering requirement of x40 for the Bonus amount.

17.13 Unless otherwise stated in the Bonus offer communicated to you, all wagering requirements must be met within ten (10) days of the Bonus activation for casino section Bonuses, otherwise the Bonus will be forfeited by you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for bonuses activated by you from the “My Bonuses” section of your account, the wagering requirement must be met on or before the “Expiration Date” stated there for each such Bonus.

17.14 The amount of a Bonus, as well as any winnings you attain while a Bonus is active on your account, will be credited to the bonus balance of your account, which is not immediately withdrawable. Once you meet the wagering requirement of your active Bonus, it will be deactivated, and the then-current bonus balance of your account will be transferred to the real-money balance and will become withdrawable, subject to other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

17.15 The amount of all Cashback Bonuses due are calculated by the formula: net losses on the participating games from any deposits during the promo period x cashback % eligible at the time of request (net losses of bonus money or jackpot winnings shall not be included in the calculation).

17.16 You must request the cashback amount to be credited to your account in Live Chat or by email, regarding each day of promotion activity, by 23:59 GMT on the following day. In case you not request the cashback amount in time, any entitlement of the cashback is considered void.

17.17 Cashback is credited on the real balance of your account. All credited cashback amounts are subject to a x1 wagering requirement before a withdrawal is allowed.

17.18 Withdrawals requested before the wagering requirements have been met, shall result in cancellation of the Bonus and any corresponding winnings shall be forfeited.

17.19 When you make a bet with an active Bonus on your account (i.e. the wagering requirement has not been met yet) the amount of such bet will be taken from the real-money balance of your account and any amount won from such bet will be placed on the real-money balance of your account. Should your real-money balance be insufficient to make a bet, the amount of such bet will be taken from your bonus balance instead and any amount won from such bet will be placed on the bonus balance of your account.

17.20 Unless otherwise stated: all no-deposit Bonuses are subject to the maximum withdrawable amount of five (5) times the original Bonus amount (e.g. for a Bonus of 15 CAD the maximum withdrawal will be 75 CAD); all no-deposit bonus spins are subject to the maximum withdrawable amount of 120 CAD; any excess amount will be voided and removed before being transferred to the real-money balance of your account.

17.21 The maximum bet allowed while playing with an active Bonus on your account is 8 CAD or any currency equivalent. If this limit is exceeded, the Bonus will be forfeited by you.

17.24 Our Bonuses are intended as an engaging reward to be used strictly for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to review your use of the Bonuses, at any time, including before any withdrawals are processed, to detect bonus abuse. Should we have reasonable suspicion that a bonus abuse has occurred, or that you’ve otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to forfeit your Bonuses and ban you from participating in any further promotions. Actions considered a bonus abuse include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Any and all minimum risk strategies, for example, low risk roulette bet (any bet spread combination on roulette games covering 24 or more of the 37 unique spots on the table);
  • placing individual bet amounts greater than 20% of the Bonus amount or higher than 8 CAD, whichever is lower;
  • moving from low weighted or unweighted games (in the context of contribution to wagering requirements) to a high weighted game after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements;
  • playing games with an active bonus to build up value, converting the bonus and then cashing out the accumulated value afterwards – for example by starting and delaying a game round, bonus feature, and completing this after meeting bonus wagering requirements, losing a bonus or with a subsequent deposit.

17.25 We reserve the right to alter or cancel any Bonus if we believe that any technical issue or other occurrence prevents the Bonus to be used as intended.

17.26 No casino bets will contribute to tournaments or gamifications functions progression (collecting loyalty coins or meeting achievements) if such bets are made while having an active Bonus on your account.

Sports betting rules

26.1 Sports Betting Rules

26.1.1 We accept bets on sports and other events (hereinafter referred to as “Events”). We reserve the right to void any bets placed by customers who have breached the Terms.

26.1.2 By placing a bet on any Event you warrant that you are not a representative of any state and municipal institution, enterprise or non-commercial organisation, you are not an employee of any bookmaker company, you are not an employee or member of Sports agency, you are not a professional sportsman, trainer, judge, member of Sports agency providing professional consulting services, you are not a sport manager or coach.

26.1.3 By placing a bet on any Event, you warrant that you are not participating in that Event, you possess no information about the Event not available to the general public, and you have no direct or indirect influence whatsoever on the outcome of the Event.

26.1.4  In case we have a reasonable suspicion of dishonesty in the course of the Event, or of unfairness in the outcome of the Event, we reserve the right to void the bets made on such Event and to refund the original stake amount.

26.1.5  We reserve the right to refuse and cancel bets caused by mistakes of employees or computer software (mistakes in odds and others) and other reasons causing incorrect bets or odds.

26.1.6 The customer is fully responsible for all bets placed on the Website through the customer’s account. We do not cancel or void any bets based on the grounds that the customer does not have an understanding of the markets or the Event.

26.2 Terms and Conditions for Accepting bets

26.2.1 Bets are accepted based on the daily «odds line», which is a list of upcoming matches with odds and handicaps offered by the Company on outcomes of Events.

26.2.2 The odds and handicaps take into account the strength correlation of the competing teams or players and determine the value of the expected winnings of the person placing the bet.

26.2.3 The Company has the right to change the odds and handicaps at any time. The terms of the bets placed before the change are not affected by the change. The Company has the right to remove any Event from the offered «line».

26.2.4 The customer places a bet according to the «line» operating at the time of the bet

26.2.5 The customer chooses the number of the event and outcomes of the competition from the predictions offered by the Company.

26.2.6 The customer must state the amount of each bet and receive a bet confirmation when the bet is placed.

26.2.7 After placing a bet with the Company, it cannot be canceled or changed.

26.2.8 For user-experience purposes thus a better visual result, our company is applying two decimal digits truncation on the odds visible on screen. The Total Odds calculations are done using a sixth decimal digit rounding, whereas the Total Winning amount is always truncated to the second decimal digit. Any difference noticed, is just a product of the rounding rules explained herein.

The maximum time frame between the settlement of a betslip and a potential re-settlement, is 30 days.

If the match is finished by the referee in minute 79:00 or after, all markets are settled accordingly with the FT result. If the match is finished by the referee on 78:59 or before, all undecided markets will be settled as void.

In matches that are ABANDONED/STOPPED due to other reasons (fan riots, player fights, heavy injury, bad weather, floodlight failure etc), all undecided markets will be voided.

26.2.9 Once determined, the outcome of an Event is settled. All played Events — pre-match and live Events — are paid according to the official result and after that are considered closed.

26.2.10 Events not started on time for any reason or even postponed may be kept open and all bets remain valid if those kick off (start) within the next 48 (forty-eight) hours from the official start time. In any other case, the Company reserves the right to void all bets of such postponed Events and refund the stakes to the customers at its own discretion.

26.2.11 The Company reserves the right to keep all bets valid and settle them according to the result for Events abandoned after start time and continued by the organizer within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the official start time.

26.2.12 As for Events abandoned after the start time and not continued by the organizer within 48 (forty-eight) hours, the Company will settle all determined markets decided before the Event was abandoned and void the rest by refunding stakes to customers. However, in cases like that the Company reserves the right to void all bets of such abandoned Events and refund all the stakes to the customers at its own discretion.

26.2.13 From general rule above, there are exceptions as follows:

  •  Tennis games will be kept open with all bets valid until the officials or organizing body declares a winner. In such cases, the 48 hours rule is not valid. However, and in case of a player retirement, or default (injury,Illness, or personal circumstance), adult decision, walkover, disqualification or abandonment, all markets determined in the pitch are settled accordingly and all the rest undecided declared void and null. For avoidance of doubt, if a tennis player retired before the last point concluded, the match winner market is void, but all market related to specific sets or games that are determined, are settled accordingly. Markets that have been mathematically reached will be settled after the deciding point has been confirmed.
  •  Baseball games when two teams are playing 2 (two) games in a row are considered as Game 1 and Game 2 and will be settled as chronologically played with all bets valid. For avoidance of doubt if Team A plays vs Team B twice, the result of Game 1 will count for bets offered on Game 1 as originally scheduled and result of Game 2 will count for bets offered on Game 2, as originally scheduled. Matches will be cancelled if they are not going to be played the same day (local). For example, if they play 24 (twenty-four) hours later, a new match ID will be created, since usually there is a doubleheader and changed starting pitchers. If the start time changes, it is updated as soon as official information is out.

26.2.13.1 In case the following US Sports games such as MLB(or other Baseball leagues), NHL and NBA (NFL and MLS is not included in this rule) don’t kick off or are abandoned after kickoff and not resumed within the same day in the local time zone from the announced kick off time, all non-decided bets are void.

(e.g. if a football match is abandoned in the second half, the markets of the first half will be settled normally).

(e.g. in the example above, the markets of the second half have not been decided) will be void and stakes will be refunded to customers).

26.2.13.2 In case of abandoned or postponed NFL(or other American Football) events, all markets are considered void unless the match continues in the same NFL(or other American Football) weekly schedule (Thursday — Wednesday local stadium time).

26.2.13.3 MLB(or other Baseball leagues): the Moneyline (Winner Market) is considered as decided if the officials of the league consider the game as finished and if:

  1. at least 5 innings are completed
  2. 4.5 innings are completed and the home team (or the team batting second) is ahead.

In all other cases, bets on Money Line, are settled as void.

For avoidance of doubt, bets on all other markets (e.g Totals, Spread etc) will stand, unless already decided, if:

  1. at least 9 innings are completed
  2. OR
  3. 8.5 innings are completed and the home team (or the team batting second) is ahead.

In all other cases, bets are settled as void. In the event of a Mercy Rule being called, all bets will stand on the score at the time.

26.2.13.4 MLB(or other Baseball leagues), all Pitcher Lines (PL Markets for Moneyline, Spread and Totals) are void in case of change in the listed starting pitcher. Bets placed on Pitcher line markets will include the indication (PL) inside the betslip and the bet history pages. In case the (PL) indicator is not visible inside the betslip , the bet is placed on the Action Line and it will be settled accordingly. Action lines are settled based on the outcome of the event regardless of any pitcher changes. Any new offered pitcher lines will follow the above rules. Action lines are following the general rules with the exceptions regarding MLB(or other Baseball leagues), as above.

In Baseball and in case of a 7-inning game, bets on all markets will stand, unless already decided, if :

  1. at least 7 innings are completed
  2. 6.5 innings are completed and the home team(or the team batting second) is ahead.

Exception is the Moneyline (Match Winner) that is considered as decided if:

  1. 1. at least 5 innings are completed
  2. 4.5 innings are completed and the home team (or the team batting second) is ahead.

In all other cases, bets on Money Line are settled as void.

26.2.13.5 Basketball cup or playoff etc matches which are decided through best of 2 matches with aggregate points fall into specific settlement rules. In the event of a draw result in the first match no overtime is played and the winner market (including overtime) is settled as void, while the rest of the markets are settled normally according to the result. Settlement would be the same if second match is drawn, while there is a winner on first match.

Regarding cases where winning scores are tied after the second match (e.g. Team A wins on first match with a score of 75-70 and Team B wins the second match with a score of 85-80) settlement will be done on all markets based on regular time result and overtime result will be ignored.

26.2.14 If the bets are settled according to the actual result of an Event as per the official announcement, then any change due to protest, doping etc. after 24 (twenty-four) hours or later occurs, such change is not taken into consideration and all bets will be paid according to the initial official announcement. If such change occurs before 24 (twenty-four) hours have elapsed, results of all bets will be recalculated according to such change.

26.2.15 The Company reserves the right not to accept all or part of a bet without providing a reason to the customer. If a bet is not accepted, customer’s stakes are refunded.

26.2.16 Before an Event starts, the Company reserves, at its own discretion, the right to void or cancel part of or the full bet even after its acceptance without providing any reason to the customer.

26.2.17 After the Event starts, the Company reserves, at its own discretion, the right to void or cancel part or whole of a bet even after its acceptance, in case there is a valid reason for this, such as:

  •  mistake in the wording (semantic error) of the event or the odds, or starting time;
  •  the customer attempts to bypass Company limits (potential payout) and risk management by placing multiple identical or similar bets or opening multiple accounts;
  •  the customer is getting the advantage of any public announcement or secret information he has access to that determines the outcome of the Event;
  •  the customer combined related bets;
  •  the customer is actively participating in the Event, such as players, referees, managers, or is in direct or indirect relationship with events participants or has a direct or indirect influence on the Event result;
  •  the Company suffers a technical error offering wrong odds or Events;
  •  any other reason communicated to the customer upon request.

26.2.18 Several identical bets may be considered as one in case the customer made a number of mirror bets.

26.2.19 Information displayed during live Events (including the update of this information) is informative only. A wrong result is no reason to refund the wager. The Company accepts no responsibility for incorrect results during the live Event.

26.2.20 The Company is not responsible for incorrect spelling of surnames, team names and names of places for the Event.

26.2.21 Calculation of the bets is done by the Company. The Event results announced by the Company are the basis for calculating the wagers and determining the winnings. The Company is not obliged to follow the official result if there is suspicion of semantic or typing error proved by the real action of the event

26.2.22 The results of sporting Events announced in the periodical press may not be grounds for submitting players’ claims against the Company.

26.2.23 In disputed situations the final decision is made by the Company, taking into account practice of the bookmaking business and customers’ interests.

26.2.24 The Company has the right to limit the maximum bet for individual Events and also to limit or raise the maximum bet for specific persons without giving an explanation.

26.2.25 The Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus and to refuse to provide it to the client in case of suspicion of violation of the fairness of the game or the use of malicious strategies. Moreover, the Company reserves the right to refuse to provide a bonus to the client without giving reasons and prior notification. In case of a dispute situation, the decision of the Company is considered final and is not negotiable.

26.2.26 If the customer starts using the credited bonus money in the sports section, wagering requirements still must be met, despite the bonus has been expired or canceled automatically/by the customer.

26.3 Rollover rules for sports betting

26.3.1 In order to be able to request a withdrawal, the minimal wager of the Bonus Bets winnings has to be x3 (three). The customer has to roll over the amount of his winnings from the Bonus Bets, that was credited to his account, at least 3 (three) times on either single or multibet. Any bets made on Events with odds less than 1.50 (-200) (one and five tenths), will not be counted in the wagering of the winnings.

26.3.2 Only bets which are settled as won or lost are counted towards any type of rollover requirements.

26.4 Abandonments and Postponements

26.4.1 If an Event does not begin on the scheduled start date and is not completed within 48 (forty-eight) hours or as prescribed in the specific sports rules, then all bets will be void, except for those on markets that have been unconditionally determined. Reasons for this will include: through disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, changes in draws etc.).

26.4.2 If an Event starts but is later abandoned, and is not completed within 48 (forty-eight) hours or as prescribed in the specific sports rules, then all bets will be void, except for those on markets that have been unconditionally determined.

26.4.3 If an Event is not completed within the originally scheduled completion time prescribed in the specific sports rules thus an official result is declared or a result is declared by the particular Event’s relevant governing body, the Company reserves the right to consider the match officially valid. The Company’s decision is final and binding in this regard. Individual sports or Event’s governing bodies are defined by us, and are available on request.

26.4.4 There are exceptions as follows:

  •  Tennis games will be kept open with all bets valid until the officials or organizing body declares a winner. In such a case, the 48 (forty-eight) hours’ rule is not valid. However, and in case of a player retirement, all markets determined in the pitch are settled accordingly and all the rest declared void and null. For the avoidance of doubt if a tennis player retired before the last point concluded, the match winner market is void,but all markets related to specific sets or games that determined, are settled accordingly.
  •  For example if they play 24 (twenty-four) hours later, a new match ID will be created, since usually there is a doubleheader and changed starting pitchers.
  •  If the start time changes, it is updated as soon as official information is out.

26.5 Change of Venue

26.5.1 Unless otherwise stated, if a match is scheduled to be played on neutral ground but is played on non-neutral ground or vice versa, all bets will still be considered valid. In the event of a change of venue where home team plays away or vice versa, all bets on the match will be considered void. Bets will also be considered void if the home and away team names are wrongly stated in reverse. As a general rule the first team listed is the ‘Home’ team unless otherwise stated.

26.5.2 For all non-team Events, if the scheduled venue is changed after the market has been opened, then all bets will still be considered valid except where stated within the individual sport rules.

26.6 Periods of Time

26.6.1 The posted duration of an Event is for reference purposes only. Bets will be valid despite the change in scheduled duration except where stated within the individual sport rules.

26.6.2 Any incident during injury or stoppage time that is played, is deemed to have occurred at the end of regular time, e.g. a goal scored in first half injury time of a soccer match is deemed to have been scored on 45 (forty-five) minutes.

26.6.3 In the case of the general implied rules of a sport being violated, we reserve the right to void any market (e.g. unusual period length, counting procedure, format of a match etc.).

26.6.4 In the case of the rules or format of a match differing from our implied information, we reserve the right to void any market.

26.6.5 Unless otherwise stated, all bets are settled on the result of regular time.

26.6.6 Settlement for markets containing a time interval will be as follows. The first interval is considered as 00:01 until the start of the minute indicated as the end. For the avoidance of doubt, the interval 1-15 (one – fifteen) mins is considered the period 00:01 to 15:00.

26.6.7 The last interval is considered as from the minute indicated until the end of the period as decided by the referee. For example in Soccer, the interval 30-45 (thirty – forty-five) minutes is considered as 30:01 to the end of the First Half. The interval 75-90 (seventy-five – ninety) minutes is considered the period from 75:01 until the end of regular time.

26.6.8 Bets placed on Player Statistics (player passes, player tackles, player total cards, player assists, player shots/shots on target) will be settled according to the official statistics of the game (including extra time if there is any). If the listed player is not in the starting lineup of the match, the bets will be settled as void.

26.7 Results

26.7.1 Where relevant, podium positions will count as the official result, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the results. If there is no podium ceremony, results will be determined in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of the market settlement, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the results. If no official result is available then the result will be determined with reference to the available evidence known at the time of market settlement and the decision of the Company is final.

26.7.2 Markets are generally settled shortly after the conclusion of an Event. Purely as a customer service, some markets may be settled before the official result is declared. The Company reserves the right to reverse settlement in the Event of a market being settled in error and this will be reflected in your balance.

26.7.3 In the Event of uncertainty over any result then the Company reserves the right to suspend settlement of any market. If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to void them or delay the settlement until official confirmation.

26.7.4 In the case of an incorrect settlement of markets, we reserve the right to correct them anytime.

26.7.5 Where there is a conflict between the official results and the results posted on the results section of the Company’s Website, the conflict shall be resolved by reference to the Company’s video recording of the particular Event to determine the correct result. However, if no such video recording is available, then the correct result shall be determined in accordance with the result of the particular Event’s relevant governing body as published on its official website. If the official website is unable to provide the result or official website’s posted result is manifestly wrong, then the Company reserves the right to make decisions/ amendments to determine the final result. The Company’s decision is final and binding in this regard, however we will give our justification for the result upon request. This may include video evidence.

26.7.6 In the case of any obviously incorrectly displayed or calculated prices, we reserve the right to void betting. This includes a deviation of more than 100% in the pay-out compared to the market average. Any bet inadvertently accepted after an event has finished will be void.

26.7.7 Unless a specific reference is made in the individual section that covers the sport, settlement of all markets will be based on the official competition rules.

26.7.8 Unless a specific reference is made in the individual section that covers the sport, opponents must start the match for ‘head to head’ match bets to stand.

26.7.9 When no price is quoted for a tie and the official competition rules do not determine a clear winner or the official result is a tie, dead heat rules will apply. In a ‘Dead Heat’ the stake money on a selection is divided by the number of runners involved in the dead heat. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the stake money being lost.

26.7.10 Where bets are available on whether a specific number is odd or even, Zero will count as even and unless otherwise stated (in the market or in the individual sport rules) extra time, overtime and extra innings will not count

26.7.11 Where there is no action in an event after a bet has been placed the bet will be void.

26.8 Bet Delay Acceptance

26.8.1 Bets placed during an Event (‘Live Betting’) will almost certainly be subject to a delay, which will vary by sport and competition.

26.8.2 If any of the disruptions mentioned in this Section happen before the countdown timer ends, all bets placed using Timer Acceptance are immediately void:

  •  If there appears to be a possible red card or a red card is actually given;
  •  If there is a possible penalty or a penalty is given;
  •  If there appears to be a possible goal or a goal is scored by any team;
  •  Fortuitous events including, but not limited to, failure in any equipment or telecommunication that prevents the correct placing, accepting, recording or notification of bets, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communication lines failure.

26.8.3 When using our website, and subsequently the Timer Acceptance feature, the Customer acknowledges that the current score, time elapsed and other data provided on this site (including ‘Live’ TV pictures) while coming from a “live” feed provided by a third party is subject to a time delay and/or may be inaccurate, and that any bet placed based on this data is entirely at the customer’s own risk. The Company provides this data and accepts no responsibility for any loss (direct or indirect) suffered by the customer as a result of his reliance on it.

26.8.4 We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet without offering any explanation.

26.9 Maximum Winnings

26.9.1 Maximum bet limits vary from sport to sport and from game to game.

26.9.2 Minimum bet per event is 0.5 (five tenths) in the currency of the customer account.

26.9.3 A bet is accepted on the basis that it is the investment of one customer only.

26.9.4 The maximum amount that can be won (excluding stake) by one customer in one days betting regardless of stake is 150 000 (one hundred fifty thousand) CAD or equivalent in your account currency. Where bets have been placed on different days, the maximum amount that can be won in one day’s betting is determined by the day on which the final event on each bet is resolved, rather than the day on which each individual bet is placed.

26.9.5 The maximum numbers of selections in multi-bets and system bets is 30 (thirty) selections.

26.9.6 The maximum withdrawal amount from a no deposit bonus (loyalty bonus or a Bonus Bets bonus) is x3 (three) of the initial amount of the received no deposit bonus. The rest of the winnings that exceed this amount will be deducted by the Company.

26.9.7 In order to be able to request a withdrawal, the minimal wager of the Bonus Bets winnings has to be x3 (three). The customer has to roll over the amount of his winnings from the Bonus Bets, that was credited to his account, at least 3 (three) times on either single or multibet. Any bets made on Events with odds less than 1.50 (-200) (one and five tenths), will not be counted in the wagering of the winnings. Only bets which are settled as won or lost are counted towards any type of rollover requirements.

26.10 Time of Acceptance

26.10.1 If, for any reason, a bet is inadvertently accepted after the event or match has started the selection(s) affected will be made void. The only exception would be if the Event in question is covered by our ‘in running’ or Live service.

26.10.2 We reserve the right to amend obvious errors, and accept bets after an Event has started by mutual consent. If at the time the bet was placed, the race or event was resolved or at a stage where the client could have had any indication of the outcome we reserve the right to void that selection.

26.10.3 In the event of there being a dispute over the time at which a bet was placed, then the time at which it was recorded on our Servers will govern the settlement.

26.11 Live or In-Running Betting

26.11.1 Live or in-running betting is, by nature, subject to large and sudden changes in odds as the Event unfolds. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that prices will always be available, and reserve the right not to offer odds throughout the entire match at our absolute discretion.

26.11.2 In addition, we reserve the right to refuse or void bets, even when prices are displayed on our website, if due to circumstances outside of our control the prices shown are wide of the industry market price at the time the bet is placed. Our decision regarding this is final.

26.11.3 If coverage has to be abandoned and the match finishes regularly, all markets will be settled according to the final result.

26.11.4 If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void betting.

26.12 Specific Betting Types

26.12.1 Outright (Future Bets)

26.12.2 Outright means betting on the winner of an Event, race or tournament.

26.12.3 If a competitor/player does not start an Event, race or tournament then all outright bets on that competitor/player will be lost unless otherwise stated in the specific sport betting rules.

26.12.4 If there are two or more winners, or a “dead heat” is declared in any outright market then your stake is divided by the number of winners, and this new amount is then settled at the full odds (not including the stake). For example, if there are multiple winners of the English Premier League Top Goalscorer market. In our example two players were declared as winners. Your bet of 1,000 (one thousand) on Sergio Agüero (one of the winners) at odds of 3.50 (three and five tenths) (+250) would be settled as follows: (1,000/2) x 3.50. 500 x 3.50 = 1,750 returns.

26.12.5 The term “any other player” (or any other team, score etc.) refers to all competitors or options not named in the market.

26.12.6 The term “others on request” refers to any unquoted player, team or score etc. Should you require a price for a selection not named in the market please contact our customer service and we will add in the selections you request. In all instances we will attempt to offer all obvious outcomes. For markets that refer to ‘Others on Request’ where a selection not named is the Winner. All bets would be settled as losers.

26.13 Moneyline

26.13.1 Moneyline means betting on one competitor or team to defeat another in an Event or to be placed higher in an Event match-up. Remaining Moneyline rules are set out in the Specific Event Betting Rules.

26.13.2 The term “The Field” refers to all competitors other than the competitor named in the Moneyline match up.

26.14 Handicap and First Half Handicap

26.14.1 Handicap means betting when one competitor or team receives a virtual head start (effectively leading by that head start before the Event begins). The winner is the competitor or team with the better score after adding the given handicap to the result. For both totals and sides betting all stakes are returned when the final score falls on the handicap line (in America termed as a ‘push’). Remaining Handicap rules are set out in the specific Sport Betting Rules.

26.14.2 First Half Handicap means betting on the team with the better score after adding the given handicap to the result of the first half of an Event.

26.15 Over/Under and First Half Over/Under

26.15.1 Over/under means betting that is determined by the total number of points (or goals, games etc.) in the final result of an Event. 26.23 RULES FOR CLASSIFICATION MARKETS

To qualify: this market consists of predicting which of the teams will go to the next round of the tournament. For this option, the results given in both the first leg and the second leg will be taken, including extra time and kicks from the penalty spot, if given.

Victory method

In this market we must predict how the team that qualifies to the next round will do it.

For example, if my selection is:

  • Home Overtime (Juventus Turin Overtime): I am indicating that the definition of that market will be given during overtime.
  • Home team regular time (Juventus Turin Regular time): I am predicting that this market will be defined during regular time + additional minutes of the game.
  • Visitor Penalties (Ajax penalties): I am predicting that the market will be defined on the penalty shootout.

26.24 BET BUILDER

The Bet Builder feature gives the player the opportunity to combine selections from the same event into one betslip. If one selection that participates in a Bet Builder betslip is void/push, then the whole betslip is void/push as well, REGARDLESS of the outcome of the other selections that participate in the Bet Builder.

For example : in the match LA Lakers vs Toronto Raptors, we create a Bet Builder betslip with LA Lakers to win, Over 220,5 points in the match and Player X Over 29,5 points. In case Player X does not participate in the match, the selection for his points (over 29,5) is settled as void. Therefore, the whole betslip is settled as void as the selection participates in a Bet Builder.
